ProSizes Software Affiliate Program

Affiliate Agreement for ProSizes Software

Section 1: Introduction and Acceptance This document constitutes the agreement ("Agreement") between you ("Affiliate") and ProSizes Software ("Company"). By enrolling in the ProSizes Software Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions herein. It is imperative that you read and understand this Agreement in its entirety before participating in the Affiliate Program.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Affiliates must own ProSizes Software prior to enrollment in the Affiliate Program.

Purpose

  • The Affiliateā€™s role is strictly to lawfully promote the Company's products for commission-based compensation.

Section 2: Affiliate Registration and Conduct

  • Registrations for the Affiliate Program are subject to review and approval by the Company, typically within 5-7 business days.
  • Upon approval, Affiliates receive a unique referral link for promotion purposes.

Section 3: Commission Structure and Payment

  • Affiliates are entitled to receive a commission of 40% on each new product license sold through their unique referral link. Upon the sale of the 10th license, the commission rate will increase to 50%. Additionally, this increased commission rate of 50% will be retroactively applied to all previous sales that originally earned a 40% commission.
  • Commissions are payable after 30 days and disbursed in USD via PayPal.
  • Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.

Referral Cookie Duration

  • Cookies track referrals and last for 365 days.
  • Referrals will not be credited if the customerā€™s purchase occurs using a different browser or after 365 days from the initial referral.

Section 4: Return Policy

  • ProSizes Software is non-returnable once downloaded.
  • The Company reserves the right to deny commissions under certain circumstances, such as incorrect payment details or violation of promotional policies.

Section 5: Affiliate Communications

  • Affiliates agree to receive program-related communications from the Company.

Application Reconsideration

  • The Company reserves the right to reject Affiliate applications without explanation. Rejected applicants may reapply with additional details for reconsideration.

Dormant Accounts

  • Inactive Affiliate accounts may be terminated after one year.

Section 6: Promotional Guidelines

  • Affiliates must adhere to prescribed ethical promotional methods.
  • Prohibited methods include spamming, illegal activities, false representation, cloning the Companyā€™s site, and unauthorized lifetime deal promotions.
  • Violations may result in referral rejection or account deactivation.

Section 7: Legal Compliance and Relationship

  • This Agreement does not constitute a legal or formal relationship.
  • Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees of the Company.
  • The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice.
